Finding the right fit is important for comfort, performance, and movement during training or competition. Use the guide below to choose the correct size for your CageBornMMA gear.

All measurements are in centimeters (cm) and are taken with the garment laid flat.

How to Measure

 

Waist

Measure around your natural waist where the waistband sits. Our shorts feature an elastic waistband for a secure and flexible fit.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Length

Measured from the top of the waistband down the side seam to the hem.

 

Fit Information

  • Athletic / fight-ready fit

  • Elastic waistband for comfort and mobility

  • Designed for MMA training and competition

  • Allows full range of motion for striking and grappling

 

Size Advice

  • If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up

  • For a tighter competition fit, choose your true size

  • For training or extra comfort, size up

  • Measurements may vary by ±1–2 cm
