Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item if:
• It is unused and in original condition
• It has not been washed or worn
• It is returned within 7 days of delivery
• You have the original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
• Custom-designed products
• Sale/discount items
• Products damaged by misuse, training wear, or improper washing
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, we can exchange your item as long as it is still in perfect condition.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
